Nancy Regan, President

Nancy Regan is the founder and President of The Force, Inc. Nancy graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. She was a US Navy civilian employee for seven years during which time she completed Naval Aviation Maintenance Officer School and served as a T-45 structural engineer.

As the Team Leader for Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) at the Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ, Nancy instituted the RCM Program on Naval Aviation Common Support Equipment. In 2001 she founded The Force, Inc. Nancy has over 14 years experience facilitating RCM analyses, conducting RCM training, and assisting customers in implementing RCM programs. Amongst the projects she has facilitated is the CH-47D Chinook Helicopter, the US Army's heavy lift helicopter.

Julie Haralson, Project Director

Julie Haralson began working for The Force, Inc. in 2010.  She earned an Associates Degree in Chemistry from City Colleges of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University.

Julie served eight years in the U.S. Army as an Air Traffic Control Electronics Technician.  She recently taught electronics to initial entry soldiers as part of their skill training.

Michelle Duvall, Director of Operations

Michelle Duvall is the Director of Operations for The Force, Inc. She began working for the company in 2007. Michelle has extensive experience in accounting and business administration.

Mitchell Friedman, Database Developer

Mitchell Friedman serves as a database developer for The Force, Inc. He began working for the company in 2001. He graduated from Rutgers College of Engineering in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. Mitchell currently works for the Department of the Navy as an electrical engineer.
